What We Do

Reflection of Inspiration is dedicated to offering educational programs & trainings that empower community groups and organizations to achieve their goals. We prioritize courage and integrity in all our interactions with clients and the community. Our mission is to equip individuals and organizations with the latest resources and training, ensuring that we deliver up-to-date information on the projects we are currently working on. ROI staff actively participate in various tribal and statewide committees, task forces, and groups, ensuring that our organization’s policies and advocacy efforts make a meaningful impact by providing valuable insights that support progress and education.

Trainings and Education

  • Trauma-Informed Care Training
    Educating service providers, community leaders, and organizations on how to approach victims of domestic violence and sexual assault with a trauma-informed lens, ensuring empathy and understanding throughout the process of support and recovery.

Policy Advocacy

ROI staff actively participate in a variety of tribal and statewide committees, task forces, and groups to ensure that our organization’s policies and advocacy efforts remain impactful. We aim to provide valuable insights that drive progress and foster education. Through dedication, we uphold integrity and compassion in every aspect of our work, promoting inclusion and ensuring equal access to opportunities and resources for individuals who may be excluded or marginalized. We contribute to shaping research and policy agendas, collaborate with other coalitions, and offer training and technical assistance to strengthen violence prevention and intervention efforts across our service area.

Community Support

Our community is the foundation of our mission at ROI. We support local efforts to bring awareness to domestic violence, sexual assault, and community issues as well as supporting wellness initiatives and causes in our communities by participating in walks and events.

Hosting and participating in community events that bring awareness to issues plaguing our community while offering a place of acceptance to initiate healing.
